As a therapist-turned-operator, I bring depth to founder coaching. My journey spans from counseling practice to the C-suite, including serving as SVP at Etsy where I led global teams supporting millions of entrepreneurs through an IPO.

My decade in startups taught me the raw reality of scaling companies and teams. I've built organizations from scratch, navigated hypergrowth, and helped transform a "scrappy little outfit" into a public company. This frontline experience, combined with my masters in counseling psychology, gives me unique insight into both the operational and human challenges founders face.
